With the tall experience of our consultants, while working with various domestic as well as international customers, we have come up with the specific methodical way(s) of delivering the expected values to our clients.  Normally we work sequentially as - 

• Assessment of situation (As is Condition)

• Gap Analysis (Deviations from generally observed good practices)

• Options generation (For improvements in certain identified areas)

• Selection of Best Option (based on Client's requirements and situation)

• Detailing of the selected option

• Execution of the work elements from finalized option.

• Handholding and training of the stakeholders (For Hassle free operations)

• Ensuring sustenance of initiative through 'Visualizations' (Conventional / Digital)

However, there is no hard and fast rule to follow the same sequence, nor the same steps of deliverables as mentioned above. Even though these are the guidelines for good working practices, normally from client to client, it calls for certain situation-based amendments.
